1:1 coaching for women

Imagine having a personal well-being roadmap — a plan that considers your desires, values, history, and circumstances. It contains realistic goals and gives you the confidence and knowledge to achieve them.

This roadmap introduces sustainable daily practices that allow you to access joy and calm, and it helps you stay consistent as you work toward your goals. With it, you become more self-aware and compassionate. You learn to identify and utilize your unique inner resources and create meaningful, lasting change. It empowers you to establish boundaries that focus on what matters most to you.

In our work together, we’ll create your personalized wellbeing roadmap. I offer a safe space for you to explore, experiment, and take action. My approach is practical, compassionate, and straightforward.

We take a holistic approach to craft your well-being roadmap. During our time together, we may create goals and habits around nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, time management, work, relationships, finding meaning/purpose, addressing health challenges and more.

What we focus on

Our journey together

Over the course of four months, we’ll work to create your personal well-being roadmap. A four month coaching package includes one 45 minute foundation session and eight 50 minute coaching sessions. All sessions are virtual. Additional sessions may be purchased as needed.

Taking Stock

We’ll take stock of where you are in your well-being journey and get a sense of where you want to go. We’ll discuss how I can support you during our work together.

Vision & Values

We’ll identify your core values and craft a holistic vision of health to work toward. This vision will act a north star as we set goals and work toward them.

Goal Setting

We’ll partner to set goals and get into the nitty gritty of how you can work toward these with your unique strengths, circumstances, and past experiences in mind.

Routines & Systems

We’ll build realistic and sustainable habits and systems to help you build confidence and capacity. We’ll establish healthy boundaries to support this work.
